I believe therapy is most helpful when it’s built on real connection, understanding, and flexibility. Every person’s experiences are different, so I don’t believe therapy should be the same for everyone. My goal is to meet clients where they are and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and comfortable.

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is an important part of healing. I work to build that connection through compassion, attention, and genuine care. I understand that growth takes time, and I work alongside clients at a pace that feels realistic and manageable for them. My approach combines therapy methods with a personalized and caring style. I believe in using both effective therapeutic techniques and real human connection to help clients build self-awareness, healthier coping skills, resilience, and positive change in their daily lives.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, life changes, relationship challenges, or personal growth, my hope is to provide a supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and better understand yourself.

    Anxiety / Depression Therapy

Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel exhausting, lonely, and overwhelming. Therapy gives you a space where you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we work through what you’re feeling and begin making changes that feel manageable. We focus on the unhelpful thoughts, building on healthy coping skills, and finding ways to feel better so growth and healing can happen at a pace that feels right for you.

    Stress Management

Stress has a way of piling up quietly until it starts to feel like it’s running everything—your thoughts, your energy, even your ability to rest. In therapy, we slow things down and take a closer look at what’s been weighing on you, without judgment or pressure. Together, we figure out what’s fueling the stress and build ways to respond that feel manageable in your life.

    Trauma Counseling

Trauma can make it hard to feel safe, calm, or fully present in your everyday life.

Things can suddenly feel overwhelming without fully understanding why. In trauma counseling, we focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and in control. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

Healing does not always happen in large moments. Sometimes it begins quietly — in being heard, in choosing to keep going, and in allowing yourself the grace to grow one step at a time.
